The proposed strategy was to modify a small extrusion line available on site to make it a material control line upon receipt.
The analysis of certain parameters of this test line allows us to propose precise adjustments for each material.
The Result
The scrap rate and the start-up time have significantly decreased.
A database on the behavior of the materials is being fed. It has already allowed for the alerting of a supplier of a derivative of their product.
